Our Philosophy of Life
Daily life in the "Breadbasket" region is very similar to those of other regions. Families got their food, clothes, and shelters by raising crops such as wheat and beans. Children went to school while the adults trade with the Native Americans for pelts. Overall, life in colonial New York was prosperous, with a mix of nationalities, booming businesses, and a variety of amusements.
